US faculty college students are experiencing China firsthand via a cultural change program that goals to dispel stereotypes and foster environmental consciousness.
The China-US Youth Alternate Camp, which started on Monday on the Xiamen campus of Huaqiao College, is collectively organized by the Fujian Provincial Division of Schooling and Huaqiao College. About 110 college students from the USA will go to cities together with Xiamen, Quanzhou and Zhangzhou through the 10-day change program, which is concentrated on music, the atmosphere and tradition.
